Stephenie De Nichilo

Stephenie brings with her over 30 years of leadership experience across the manufacturing, mining, and oil and gas sectors. A mechanical engineer by training, she has built a distinguished career leading complex operations and high-performing teams in some of Australia’s most critical industries. Most recently, Stephenie served as Chief HSE and Operations Excellence Officer at Incitec Pivot, where she was instrumental in transforming operational performance across a global portfolio of major hazard facilities. Her leadership was pivotal in driving significant improvements in asset reliability, operational risk maturity, and safety performance. Prior to that, Stephenie spent 16 years at Santos, where she held a range of senior roles including Manager of the Moomba Gas Plant and Head of Safety and Security. Her tenure was marked by a strong focus on operational excellence, strategic capital management, and building resilient, values-led teams.
