Executive General Manager, People & Culture

Kylie joined Senex in mid-2022 and leads Senex’s People & Culture team, responsible for guiding all aspects of the organisation’s People and Talent strategy, including communications. 

Kylie has more than 20 years of experience, in construction and substantial resources industry including oil and gas and mining services.  

Before joining Senex, Kylie was the Human Resources Director, APAC for RMD Kwikform, a provider of temporary works and engineering design for building construction and infrastructure. Kylie also worked as Vice President, People and performance APAC/Africa for Ausenco, a consulting, engineering, project delivery, and asset operations provider for mining & metals and industrial sectors. 

The earlier part of Kylie’s career was spent working at Santos. 

Kylie has a Bachelor of Business Majoring in Human Resource Management. And completed the General Manager Program through the University of New South Wales.
