General Counsel & Company Secretary

Amy leads Senex’s legal, risk, regulatory affairs, compliance and company secretarial functions at Senex.

She is an experienced General Counsel and Company Secretary with more than 20 years’ practice across a diversity of industry (oil and gas, infrastructure, ports, real estate and funds) and practice areas (resources, corporate, tax, litigation, property, funds and competition).

Immediately prior to joining Senex Amy held the position of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary for over 10 years at Landbridge Australia with oversight of their investment in Darwin Port and Westside Corporation (a Queensland based gas producer). She has previously held senior legal roles at QIC and Allens in Brisbane and Clifford Chance in London.
