Group Executive, Corporate & Commercial Development

Antoon is responsible for natural gas marketing, trading and commercial functions and he also leads the corporate development activities for the company with a focus on building a high-performance growth-oriented organisation.

Antoon has over 25 years’ experience in commercial structuring and negotiation, marketing, business development, strategy and global corporate management in the energy sector including oil, gas and power.

Before Antoon joined Senex, he was the Executive General Manager, Gas Markets with Jemena, overseeing a significant expansion of the company’s gas business. Antoon also worked in Melbourne, Sydney, London, The Hague, Tokyo and Tehran with Royal Dutch Shell in various senior executive and joint venture roles.

Antoon has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and has completed the senior leadership development program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania as well as various other senior management programs.
